Notes

Woke up this morning and the body was telling me to stay in but I convinced it to do an easy run. 1mile warmup and the body was feeling awake so change of plans. Gradually increase in speed every 800m. Replicating a race environment where you take it easy the first half and the 2nd half go hard and pick off all the people who went out to fast.
