Notes
Wanted to see how my training was paying off. No carb load and no taper for this run on purpose. I really wanted to test the legs and body. Went as planned, I walked maybe for 1mile during the whole run. Mostly to eat my PB&J and chips at mile 20 and then a couple of the tough hills on the later miles. Went through close to 150oz of different liquids. Good training run overall. Finishing up the week at 97miles. Run Streak - 378 days (4163.8 mi)
