Getting my Swagger Back
1mile w/u @ 7:55; I wanted to do a little faster than yesterday so goal was 6miles in 43mins; actual 6miles 42:58 (7:09/mi). Slowly working my way back, I can def tell I lost a little bit of endurance but I know it will be back shortly. This also was my first run in my Saucony Progrid Ride 3 and it felt nice.
