Notes
Was planning on a 16 mile run but the body was feeling good so I upped it to 22. Took 2 leftover sports beans from a previous run at mile 10 and a power gel at mile 16. At mile 20 i was only 1 mile from my destination and needed another mile and coincidentally I was right across from a middle school track. I went and knocked out a pretty easy 6:50mile mile on the track for 21st mile and then proceeded in running back to the church. Overall pretty easy run and perfect weather.
