2 weeks til marathon; 2mile warmup; goal 10k tempo at moderate pace (42:00 @ 6:46/mi); 2mile cooldown. Finally got into a good rhythm at mile 4 and it was pretty easy to hold the pace and shoes (Karhu flow light 2) felt great. 319miles for the month and run streak 117 days (1245 mi).
