Didn't think I would be getting a run in today, but an opportunity came up and I went to the track for a quick workout in 95 degree temps. 1.25mi w/u w/ strides; 400m interval to get the legs ready; 1mile in 5:49; 1.25mile c/d. Haven't clocked my mile time in a while and I'm curious to what I can put down on a 40degree day in racing flats.
