Notes

Another easy run, I'm gonna try and fit more easy runs into my training this time around and do 2 specialized workouts a week other than the long run. Miles 2 and 6 are little skewed because I was having to sprint in between blocks to make the crosswalks. Makes for some good interval training when running with lots of stop lights.&nbsp;
