My kind of run
Back to old me. Goal: No effort given (7:40-8:00splits) - Reality: No effort and i hit my easy splits (other than miles 8 & 9 where I passed someone and I they sped up afterwards and so I sped up a tad to keep em behind me) sounds like i'm driving on the highway doesn't it? Weather was perfect, barely sweated and no water needed for the run.
