I've been eager to run in my flats again and this was my 2nd run in them. I wanted to mix it up some and do some longer intervals. So I had 1 mile warmup and 2x3200m intervals w/ 1600 rest in between. Here were the splits, that last mile was rough b/c it was all uphill.
