Speedwork: 2mile w/u; 3x1200m repeats w/ 800m rest; 2 mile c/d. Mixing in some more mild speedwork and trying to get the body back accustomed to going fast. Also concentrating on not over-striding(How I got injured I think) and more on turnover speed.
