Notes

20 mile long run

I wanted to do a long run with a little faster pace than I usually do them. Reason is, when I run 8min miles it seems much harder than when I run 7:30 or faster.miles b/c I'm way more efficient at running faster. And this run went as planned, took a frozen gu at mile 8 and then took some frozen sport beans at mile 15. Mile 18 was a tough one with it being all uphill. A good easy run overall with no carb load and had 43miles on the legs before this run.&nbsp;
