Solid ending to the week
1 mile warmup, Goal 6miles @ 7:20pace, actual 6miles in 44mins (7:20)pace. I went out with a pretty easy goal, but I'm not trying to push myself into injury mode again. It was a solid week of recovery training, I got in 38 solid miles and the leg is feeling good. I hoping for another week of recovery training and then start slowly getting back into hard training again.
