Father's day 50k! Getting back to my roots and going long. Started off easy with no walk breaks for the first 18miles. For the next 13 I took walk breaks about every 30mins b/c it was hot and humid and I also was losing hydration fast. I ended up running out of water around mile 27 after going through about 80oz. Overall not too bad of a run with no carb loading or preparation for it really.
