Notes
Decided to spice this long run so I went with Long Run + Intervals. 2mi w/u; 2miles@MP(7:13/mi);2miles Easy; 2miles@MP; 2miles Easy; 4miles@MP;2mile c/d. A great long run today went by rather fast with the intervals included. (16.08miles @ 7:31/mi). Off day tomorrow and ending the week with 72 quality miles.
