Notes

Finally prepared for a long run properly. Right hip/hamstrings gave me some issues throughout the run but I think I can get those under control over the next few weeks. Took a few walk breaks (walked the water stops) but besides that my pace was between 10:40-10:50 for the entire run - even at the end. Still not sure I'll be able to keep up with Kath, but I feel more confident about the race/distance now.
