Phew, long but rough. Good news was the knee pain wasn’t bad but 18 sec per mile slower than the 11 miler 2 weeks ago. Definitely dealing with some leg fatigue and the wind and while I’m not sick I definitely am a little off so that could effect things a little.
Curious if I should revert back to run/walk and of that would help my pace, coming back in wind again I took 2 walk breaks for a minute each hoping it would help overall pace though it didn’t, i was too tired by then for it to make a difference likely. Over this weather too, it snowed the whole time
Took an extra loop at Bernet early which that hill on King exhausted
