First sub 9 minute run in 9 days.
Considering March through June were all under 9 minutes I’d say the heat is winning.
Wasn’t sure at the start of this, legs were dead tired, had a beach day at PI yesterday but I felt like the cadence was better (looking at Garmin it definitely was)
