2/3 days off for the first time in a long time and still no desire to run
This heat wave is getting old, it’s been a week solid with no end in sight
Probably could have helped myself if I’d have gotten going earlier but dragged a bit this morning
At the 1/2 mile mark I helped a lady in a car get a giant snapping turtle across the road, she pushed with a windshield wiper package from the back and I served as bait haha
So yea besides that, hot and slow, I miss 50 degree mornings
