I'm going to keep giving myself 10/10 as the back is still hurting, I'm proud.
The watch was being funky like it likes too...and started 0.02 late like it has so I adjusted, the 1 mile is probaby a bit slow and the 2nd mile is a bit fast, whatever. haha.
Felt pretty good after the run Wednesday.
