Phew , attempted some Fartleks, been awhile but Chris has been motivating me.
Adjusted from MWFS runs and trying MWRS to see of the Friday recovery helps the Saturday run
Did a 2 minute jog 2 minute hard rotation, adjusted as needed when I went downhill
