Whee! Great run dude, felt a little weak after a mile but just crushed the last 2.
I sorta tried to Fartlek in the first 2 Miles, jogged 0.5 then tried a stronger 0.25 then jog 0.25 etc
After halfway I hit my stride more and just rode with it and just kept getting stronger
