Logging mileage here as I strive for 500. 2nd run of the day, going to Sarah's game so getting LUcy a cross country workout, she made it 1/2 mile and went out too strong (9:20ish) pace and tailed off. We walked for a bit after that, then tried Fartlek back a little. This is all running time with some stops. Overall we ran about 1.33 miles.
