This was a good run in a gale warning as snow likely hits today sometime
Working in the stride this morning as I feel in really sore in some spots that are just odd and I wonder if my stride is off and dragging.
This was a little lower on cadence, 168 but better in stride length just a tiny bit. Heart rate stayed in decent shape too.
Time reflected a good run, best 3.5 in a bit I think
