Nice run! A day after Waldameer and everyone is dog tired, hit this up pretty early for another busy day, getting better every time, cardio is getting there. 16 miles in 8 days is a great run too, likely a fast 2 miler tomorrow and then 2 crazy weeks of camping and DMB Toronto/LA so we'll see how that goes with mixing in running
