Did another track workout today. Quite warm this morning. Didn’t feel as energetic as the last time but much more than last Saturday’s long run, I think I had more consistent faster runs last time but peaked better today
**just looked back at 2 weeks ago and scratch all I said, this was fantastic, most of those were in the 1:50s and I only had 1 of those today, this was quite stellar now that I conpare**
Did a 3/4 mile warm then stretch, then 1/4 jog then did a set. Then rest jog 2nd set. Went for it on #6 today and the lap said 1:22 and Strava said 1:20 400m both PRs since Strava in December.
Managed a solid end and some more jogging with a good last lap
