Took 3/4 days off hoping this pain would go away, it’s not. Definitely guessing sports hernia but who knows. Just a consistent strain throughout. Legs felt fresh to start but the “felt like 5 degrees” weather wears you down quickly.
Did a different halfway point today, went all the way up to Burchs and just a tick last so all uphill for about a mile. Pace was about 9:28 at the halfway so 9:02 on the return
