Hard TM run on a rainy day. Started with 1.5 mile w/u 5.5-6.0
Then did tempo intervals: .5 at 6.9, .5 at 7.0, 1 minute recovery, .5 at 7.1, .5 at 7.2, 1 minute recovery, .5 at 7.2 and 7.1, 1 minute recovery, then .5 at 7.0 and 6.9 with recovery to finish 7 miles. It was hard, mostly because of breathing issues. Legs were a bit achy, but not too painful.
