Good run. I did 30:1 plus 15 minutes. Started really slow 5.2 and increased every 5 minutes to 5.7 for the 30 minutes, then did shorter intervals from 5.7 - 5.2. It didn't feel that hard to do the duration, but I am glad I kept the pace slow so my lungs could keep up.
