Good workout. I didn't walk, but instead did a slower (5.0) 1 minute jog every 11 minutes. Took water break at 3.3 miles (36 minutes). Progression was 5.3-5.8: (3, 4, 5, 6, jog, 4, 5, 6, 7, jog, 5, 6, 7, 8, jog). Last mile was 1 minute each 6.0 to 5.4 to 5.6.
