Part 2 of long run. Part 1 was 60ish minutes warmup. Plan called for intervals of 1 minute at 5k pace, 1 minute at MP times 10. Most of the paces were too fast.Watch screwed up the intervals and kept trying to measure by distance instead of time. I wanted one minute intervals and it tried to do 1 mile ones. I stopped the watch, started over, then ended up just manually lapping, which meant my times were off, especially in the beginning. The last 6 miles was supposed to be cool down. 227' elev. gain, 322' loss.
