Part 1 of two part long run. This was the warmup for an interval workout. My watch screwed up the intervals so I stopped the watch and started over, creating part 2. First half of run was good. Intervals were fun. Last part of the run was hard as I was tired and my HR was going crazy. Water every 2 miles. Gu at 5 and dates at 10. They gave me cramps. 381' elev. gain 251' loss for this part of the run.
