Easy run with McQuality from NCC before work. Kept it pretty chill but it was still hot and humid as shit out. Had a case of diarrhea feels that made certain parts of the run interesting but never had any issues fortunately. Was good to run with him again, just got the mileage in without worrying about pace or time. Just kinda sucked that our first mile was so slow and it felt way harder haha
