Notes

Started out at a good steady pace and then started pressing down with about 4 miles to go. Don't know exactly when I went sub 6 pace but I started moving and then the last 2.5 miles or so I cranked down pretty hard. Was probably clipping off right around 5:00 especially on that last mile. New shoes really helped and so did the 9.5 hours of sleep I got today. Really needed to catch up on sleep and glad I did. My feet were really hurting me though and when I got home I realized my socks had ripped apart and I was bleeding. So much for new shoes :/, jumped in the pool as a cooldown afterwards
