Worked out on the bike this morning. Goose and I talked for a bit but we both wanted to go faster just to make the time go by quicker. I did my own workout of a 12 minutes warmup and then 1 on-1 off Fartlek until I hit 39 minutes. Just did a 1 minute cooldown after to hit 40 minutes. Workout went pretty well, quads are sore and heavy now but that's what I get for not biking in almost 3 years :P I'll probably just workout almost every time I'm on the bike until I'm healthy.
