Tough workout on the bike this afternoon. Did a 10 min warmup, and then did 1-2-3-4-5-5-4-3-2-1. Took 1 minute rest for 1 & 2, 90 seconds of rest for 3 & 4, and then 2 minutes rest for the 5 minute sections. Quads felt heavy from this morning and it was hard for me to maintain over 105 for the longer reps. I was good at getting up to 85-95 on my recovery though so I'm pretty happy with that. The workout was pretty fricken hard and lasted from 10 minutes until 53 minutes and then I just cooled down the last 7 minutes nice and easy. Neg splitted too :) and went faster than I did this morning.
