Oh my noodle, all those steady paced runs and workouts caught up to me tonight. Quads felt heavy as fudge the entire time and I just did my best to muscle it out. I was 13:52ish at the 2 mile and was struggling but gradually opened up a bit. I think the last mile of my run must have saved me in terms of a decent pace but this was a grind. Glad to still get it in today and cap off another 70 mile week!
