Huffman Hill

Notes

Just shy of a 2 mile run over to Huffman Hill, 11 up/downs, and then did the same route back. Loosened up after a few minutes and got into an easy cadence and just enjoyed the run over, despite some urges to use the bathroom. As for the hills, it was nice because I was able to run with/communicate with every group since we were all on the hill. Kept a steady pace going up and then kept the same pace going down with a bit of a faster surge on the abrupt downhill part. Ran these "Boston Style" and got a great workout in. Ran with Declan on the 6th one and after that my legs began to hurt more but aerobically I was feeling great. Was going to do 12 but Baganz asked me if I could go back to the weightroom to watch over the guys who had already finished so I ran at a steady clip back to school. Wasn't a high mileage day but it was nice to get some more hills in. Working out 3 times this week so the quads should be nice and shot by Friday haha

Also, right arch was kind of annoying today, may finally be time to get rid of the Inspires and buy a pair of Guide 9's! I'll give it one more day but if it's still there I'll be getting a fresh new pair awwww yes
