Wow, went faster than I thought! Definently a clear out run. Ran with Danzy to Knock Knolls, did a loop and then ran back. Inner part of my legs killed so bad for the first half of the run cause of the lunges yesterday but got better once we were through the forest. Great to catch up with Nick! 2nd run later
