Last FRC run for awhile :/ drove over to the parking garage and ran for 13-14 minutes till Luke and Brady showed up and then we headed out towards the Riverpath. Was fun running with them again, I really don't get to run with people that much so it was a treat! Luke was dying from his sickness and we ended up closing off the run pretty well so all in all good stuff.
