Solid progression run on Janet's tread. Not the best area to run solo so I stayed indoors. Legs felt pretty good and after the first 2 miles(13:28)I started rolling. Shoe came untied with 1.5 miles to go which really sucked but closed the last 5 in splits of 6:16-6:08-5:56-5:49-5:34. Glad to sneak this in!
