Long run solo today. Overall felt pretty good for the first 75 minutes and then the last half hour turned into a struggle. Wasn't terrible, but upper body started to get heavy and aerobically my chest became heavy and started to hurt. Asthma has been kinda shitty this last week or so but I was able to mentally stay tough today and push the panic feeling away, unlike last week with Plank. The route was originally 17 miles but I cut it short because I was starting to fall apart. Overall, with over half of it being into the wind I feel like I made another step in the right direction today! Hopefully next week I can go the full 2 hours but keep the pace more relaxed. Solid last 2 days.
