Well, plans kinda backfired today when I learned I was scheduled for work. Dipped out of practice early and ended up having a late night running wise but still was able to sneak a Vaughan Center run in with Topher. Just did an easy 7 miles and then a mile of SSJC’s. Left arch and knee hurt for some reason on this one. Potentially the turns plus locking my legs at work? Idk just a weird one but glad we got this in.
