Notes

3x10 again for shoulders, triceps, biceps, and chest. Did a total of 6 exercises, my back actually got better throughout doing this, but a good majority of my left side constantly pops and snaps...this is some old man shit. Got 2 days in for the week though, might lift Saturday or Sunday depending on how I feel.
