Wasn't in the mood for sprinting and jogging part of the hill today so I just went Counter Clockwise of the boys today so that I could watch and cheer them on. Decided to progressively build through the run and just focus on form when it comes to going up hills and not pace. Ended up having a nice progression and also did 10 hills, which is the most I've done in awhile. The hills aren't huge but they definitely get you opened up and I figured it would be decent practice for Bix since all that course is is a bunch of fucking hills lol. Felt better the longer I went but was starting to get tired near the last loop.
