Nice run with Thompsen on the upper shelf. Shot the shit for awhile but was moving at a nice steady pace for most of it. Thompsen wanted to pick it up the last mile or so, which we did and then I hammered the last lap pretty hard. Overall a pretty nice run and even though my hips hurt from the turns we were running sub 6:30 for over half of it and 6:15ish the last 2 miles or so. Last mile def sub 6
