Notes
Another easy but steady paced run on the upper track. Wednesday's are so ridiculous so this was literally all the time I had. Didn't feel too bad though which was nice and finished up just in time to go and watch the basketball game for the paper. Was running 6:24 pace for the last half hour or so, and Paulus joined me for about 400 meters of it hahaha
