8 degrees out with 21 mph winds and a feel of -9. It was definitely a cold one today as my beard was already frozen before I even got out of my block. The wind was pretty vicious and the last mile or so was a real struggle just because of the gusts. Lots of slidding around as well so I didn't even bring out my watch and just went out for distance. Did an out and back to Knock Knolls with an addition around the other neighborhood across the street on Ring. May venture out again tonight but will probably do an easy shakeout run on the treadmill!
