Took a nap once I got back from Kaytlin's and then got my stuff ready for the meet before heading to Alumni Hall to squeeze in another workout. Ended up doing a building fartlek (3 fast, 2 slow, 4 fast, 2 slow) and gradually increased the speeds throughout. Ended up doing 189 floors in 31 minutes, so a progressively challenging workout but I liked it. Foot held up better than yesterday and although it's still sore and hurts, it's not as intense as yesterday (so far). Glad I was able to get in 60+ minutes today of X-training. It's only been 3 days but I'm doing a good job so far!
