Went to Q today, treated my foot and he fricken popped every one of my toes on my right foot, that didn't feel good but the pop and snaps that I heard were super loud and I couldn't believe hey came from me. Foot was again, slightly better so I'm happy to see some progress, it's just not enough to my liking. Baby steps though! Going to try and get in next week as much as possible before leaving for KC
