Got up at 4:50 to go to AU but right as I was leaving Chap gave me the call and told me not to come in. Was stuck in that "well I'm kind of awake, what should I do now" mode so I just went over to X-Sport for a morning run since the roads are trash and no plows have come through the neighborhoods yet. Progressively built into this but going 6:30 pace this early does not feel good at all. At least I got it in though, good start to the day!
